    I'm doin 5 rep sets this month myself, actually Personally I use the weight i've added each week, sometimes more but never less unless it's a deload For this range I shoot for 85-90% of my 1 rep max, to be used in working sets Going by Baechle, 90% is my 4 rep max, so sometimes i'll try to use that and get an extra rep out When working in other higher rep ranges, i'll often use the weight
